Yuriy Y Berak

Yuriy Y Berak, 71, of York PA, passed away on August 27, 2026 in York, PA.

Yuriy was born in Ukraine to Yuriy and Margarita Birak on October 19, 1954. He married Nadia V Berak on June 12, 1977 in Ufa, Russia. He came to God and was baptized on August 4, 1972. He was involved in church as a preacher and youth group leader. He dedicated his life to serving the Lord.

Yuriy is preceded in death by his parents, Yuriy and Margarita Birak, his wife Nadia V Berak & his brother Ivan Birak.

Yuriy is survived by his 7 children: Leya, Pavel, Anna, Andrey, Alla, Misha, and Dina. Siblings: Andrey, Julia and Vasiliy. And 14 grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at Mid Tenn SBC, 3183 Highway 431, Spring Hill, TN 37174 where a funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM with the Pastor Konstantin Ogorodnik officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery.
